Hi my name’s Frank, and I understand the unique challenges that busy dads face when trying to get fit and take back control. I know because I have been exactly where you are now.
I have been coaching for 5 years and in this time I have gone from having no kids to now having 2. I have had to adapt and learn how to manage my own health and fitness along side raising 2 kids, working a full time job, having a side business coaching and keeping the Mrs happy!
